Refund policy

1. Overview

At CEHTR, each piece is created with care, intention, and attention to detail.

We hope your order feels exactly right. If it doesn’t, we’re here to assist, within the guidelines below.

 


 

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on full-price items purchased through our official website, provided that:

  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Please note:

  • Sale items, gift cards, and promotional purchases are not eligible for return.

  • Pre-order items follow the same return conditions, starting from the date of delivery.

 


 

3. How to Request a Return

 

To request a return, please email hello@cehtr.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide return authorisation and shipping instructions.

Returned items must be sent back within 7 days of approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 


 

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and approved.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our conditions or are sent without prior approval.

 


 

5. Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

 

For international orders, prices may include applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges, collected at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

These charges are paid directly to the relevant authorities once the order enters the destination country.

In the event of a return, refunds apply to the item value, as government-imposed charges are not always recoverable once processed.

 


 

6. Exchanges

 

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to select a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

 


 

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact hello@cehtr.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will prioritise a replacement or refund, including original shipping costs, and assist accordingly.

 


 

8. Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items

 

CEHTR operates on an intentional, limited-production model.

Pre-order items are eligible for return once received, under the same conditions outlined above.

Cancellations prior to dispatch are not accepted, as items are reserved and produced specifically for your order.
