2. Our Products

All CEHTR garments are designed in London and produced in limited quantities in the United Kingdom.

We take great care to ensure accuracy in colours, fabrics, and sizing; however, slight variations may occur due to natural materials and digital display differences.

Product availability is subject to change.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify items at any time.

 

3. Pre-Orders

Certain CEHTR items are offered on a pre-order basis.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • Fulfilment begins within 4–6 weeks of your order date (unless otherwise stated).

  • Your payment is collected at checkout to secure your item in production.

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

When you receive your pre-ordered item, it is fully eligible for return under our Return and Refund Policy

 

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

We accept major payment methods including debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.

Your payment details are processed securely; CEHTR does not store full card information.

 

 

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and to select international destinations.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and whether your item is ready-to-ship or pre-order.

Full shipping information is available during checkout and in your order confirmation email.

CEHTR is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once your parcel has been dispatched.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

 

Our Return and Refund Policy outlines how to request a return, our 14-day return window, and your rights under UK consumer law.

Free returns are available within the UK for eligible items.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
